Big Gig Productions now provides remote FTP Mixing along with in-house productions. Big Gig can except any file plus any session in Pro Tools, Cubase, Digital Performer, Logic and Samplitude and mix/repair/produce your session. You can record your session at home, on the road, or in the studio and let us mix your work at a competitive cost effect price. Load up you session on our FTP server and that’s all you need to do. Big Gig Provides mobile and in-house mixing across the world. We specialize full-length recordings and high-powered demos. Big Gig also offers surround sound mixing.
TECHNOLOGY
Recording systems are based in Macintosh and Windows. We use Cubase SX4 with the new Nuendo mix engine and Pro Tools as our main recording platform; we also use Lynx and RME high-end AD/DA interfaces. We mix on Otari and Soundcraft analog consoles.
RECORDING GEAR
Grace, Amek, Langevin, Neuman, AKG, Urei and Old School Audio are a few of our high-end selections of gear to achieve your sound goals. Along with high quality digital recording platforms, we offer ADAT recording/transfers, and 2” tape recording. Analog mixes are sent through a 48-channel Otari Elite Plus Mixing Console and our vintage Soundcraft Series-600. Both consoles have been enhanced with high-end caps and new chipsets for upgraded channel strips.

Big Gig has been busy on the road supporting Harley Davidson’s H.O.G shows, doing dates with Sonic Flood and providing support for many companies worldwide. Scott Bozack of Big Gig recently finished writing and recording music for the national and international HOG shows. One hundred thousand copies were distributed in Europe. Gold 2 times over!!!
Big Gig has just finished recording and mixing The Hat Madder’s single “Tomorrow We Ride,” Jet Boy Blue’s debut CD, The Last Pop Band’s debut and Sketching In Stereo’s second release. Check them out in our MUSIC STORE!!
We recently set up an FTP site that allows bands to upload their projects for mixing, fixing and production needs. Check out our MIXING page to find out more!
